What's the Deal With Facebook?
So, I'm trying to join this thing called the Facebook that everybody is on now, and it keeps telling me to enter a vaild email address...which I've done. Why does it not like my BSU email?
Any tips out there?

yeah. I'm going to email them and see if I can get to the bottom of it.
I was having the same problem...I figured it out by entering firstname.lastname@bemidjistate.edu, which is just omitting the "st". This worked for me, try it out!

But i just realized, how will we get the email by omitting the "st"...i think facebook is a bit behind on updating our new email address...
